Refund policy

Return Policy:

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiate a return by contacting us at support@ostacove.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work to make it right.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that shipping costs cannot be refunded after the package has been successfully delivered.
